Daniel (Dan) Joseph Dugan, 47, died Sept. 9, 2010, from Fabry disease.
Dan Dugan was born Feb. 14, 1963, in Astoria, Oregon to Joe and Geraldine (Varner) Dugan. He graduated from Astoria High School in 1963 and received an accounting degree from the University of Portland.
He married Beverly Sharp at the Grotto in Portland. They lived in Cornelius.
He worked for Stimson Lumber Co. He played in the Astoria High School band; kept score for the Portland Pilots basketball and enjoyed playing cards, baseball, football, NASCAR and TV sitcoms.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Geraldine Dugan.
Survivors include his wife, Beverly; two children, JW and Alexa; father, Joe; stepmother, Judy; brothers, Mike, Tim and Chris; sisters, Colleen and Molly; stepbrothers, Dan, Joe and Mark; and stepsister, Jeannette.
